I spent 5 weeks in India during winter '99... it was to be a wonderful
trip. First, I journeyed to the incredibly colourful and hospitable desert
state of Rajasthan, where a major portion of my trip was spent. I then
travelled south, to the palm fringed beaches of warm and languid
Goa. I finally set base on home turf - in Bombay.
When one has had such a super time, it's impossible not to want to share
it with others! This is not a travel guide, but some personal impressions
& photographs of Rajasthan mainly, with Goa and Bombay thrown in for good
measure. Rajasthan was camera friendly even to an amateur photographer
like me, and I wish I had taken more photographs for my personal album
while I was there.
Thanks for taking the time to visit this site, and hope you enjoy browsing
through glimpses of my inspiring, enjoyable, and regretfully short stay in
India.
