This is the Praça de Republica. 
It was Noel who spotted the rainbow as he tried to take a shot of me standing at the other end through the fountain sprays.
Our curiosity led us to observe how many people would catch the rainbow, but we didn't see anybody who did! Most were busy walking past, and the ones sitting around the fountain were immersed in conversation with their fellow mates.
