BROA

(Corn Bread)

2/3 cup water
1 1/3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
2/3 cup white cornmeal
1 1/3 cup bread flour
1 tsp. yeast

Put ingredients into bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. This makes a small loaf.
