After a wonderful meal of whiting casserole cooked with cabbage and mashed potatoes at the Restaurante Conde de Agrolongo, we exited the restaurant to find a couple of brightly lit stalls in front of us. On the other side of the road were speakers playing one of the loudest Sousa marches we'd heard.
