Time for some lunch, and it was only next to auspicious that we crossed Paulo. He was grilling some fish on his charcoal barbeque, but what drew us to him, was the fact that he was also grilling a large green pepper ... I had been so far starved of vegetables, since Portuguese food doesn't seem to embrace anything much beyond batata (potatoes) and salada. To our good luck, it turned out he owned the Fonte Mar restaurant we were standing in front of! Could we please have exactly what he was grilling?
