A better view of these caves ... now I
wish I'd braved the winds and seen them!
Dined again once more at Fonte Mar with Paulo. This time we tried the porco
alentenjo (a mild dish with pork cooked in the Alentejo style, where
it is cubed, and cooked in red wine with clams) and swordfish fried in a
light batter.
At the hotel, we packed and readied ourselves for the long drive that
was to come the next morning. Onward to Viana do Castelo.
