The Town Hall situated in the Largo Da Camara, just off the Esplanade.
The square is done in the famous Portuguese 'pavement' style - its blue and white rippling waves giving you a pleasant sense of vertigo. The walls of the Town Hall are embellished with 7 saints set in a frieze of coloured ajulezo tiles, which are spot-lit in the nights for a beautiful effect. In the background is the bay, or the Fisherman's beach (Praia dos Pescadores).
